Every lead in one case. The connections found for you.
File entity reports, person and property searches, contacts and bulk jobs into a case. TraceVeil merges the people across them, shows where they overlap, and suggests the search that fills the biggest gap.

Results scattered across tabs
The LLC report is in one place, the skip trace in another and the property record in a spreadsheet.
Overlaps you have to spot yourself
The officer's home address matches a parcel from last week's search, but nothing tells you.
A file you can't hand over
Screenshots and notes don't make an exhibit a client or court can follow.
How TraceVeil helps
What you get in every report.
File anything, or file automatically
Add a report, a whole search or one person or property to a case. Make a case active and every search you run is filed into it.
Connections found for you
Shared addresses, phones and emails, properties owned by people or companies in the case, officers who are also your subject, listed relatives and formation-address overlaps. Each one cites its sources.
Learn moreSuggested next searches
No phone for a subject, an LLC that owns a parcel but hasn't been resolved, assets not yet searched: each gap becomes a one-click search with its credit cost shown.
Relationship graph and map
See people, entities, properties and the addresses that tie them together, and every located address on one map.
Learn moreNotes, timeline and evidence
Timestamped notes on the case or any item, an activity timeline, and the registry snapshots behind every entity report.
Learn moreExport and share
A case-file PDF with numbered sources, CSV and JSON exports, and read-only share links that expire and can hide phone numbers and emails.

Questions
Common questions
How does TraceVeil decide two records are the same person?
Records are merged when they share a provider report token, or share a name plus a phone number, email, address or date of birth. A name match alone is never merged: it is shown as a possible match for you to verify.
Do suggested searches run automatically?
Only when you click Run. Each suggestion shows the search it will run and its credit cost, and the result is filed into the case. Searches already in the case are never suggested again.
What does a shared case link show?
The case summary, connections, people, entities, properties and map, read-only. Notes, the timeline and evidence are never included. Links expire after 1 to 30 days, can be revoked at any time, and can hide phone numbers and emails.
Can I get case data into my own systems?
Yes. Cases export to PDF, CSV and JSON, are available through the read-only API with an API key, and can send signed webhooks when items are added or the status changes.
Do cases cost extra?
No. Cases are included. You only spend credits on the searches and reports you run.
Can cases be used to screen tenants or job applicants?
No. TraceVeil is not a consumer reporting agency and must not be used for any FCRA-covered purpose.
