Jobs that die halfway
A crash or timeout means re-uploading and re-paying.
Manual exports
Results you have to download and re-import by hand.
How TraceVeil helps
What you get in every report.
Durable queue
Batches are stored row by row and resume on another server if one stops.
No double charges
A row that was in flight during an interruption is never re-sent, and it's refunded.
Automatic refunds
No-result, failed, skipped and cancelled rows are refunded once, when the batch finishes.

Questions
Common questions
What happens if I cancel a batch?
Rows not yet sent are skipped and refunded. Rows already completed keep their results.
What does “needs review” mean?
A row was mid-search when a server stopped. To avoid a duplicate charge it's not retried; it's refunded and flagged.
How are credits reserved?
The full batch cost is reserved at upload. When the batch finishes, every row without a result is refunded in a single transaction.
What data comes back?
Names, phones, emails and addresses from the identity-data provider, with the same insights as single searches.
